Our doctors are registered with the General Medical Council of Great Britain. You can always see the name of your doctor and their registration number on your diagnosis.

The pharmacy that we use is based in the UK, is fully licensed and is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council. If you click on the green icon at the top of the page then you can check the registration details.

All consultations take place online.

All you have to do is fill in a quick and easy questionnaire, which will then be scrutinized by one of our doctors. Treatment recommendations (if deemed appropriate for your condition and after considering your medical history) are normally made within the hour.

Our website is easy to use, is totally secure and is wholly confidential. Only you will have access to your information, diagnosis and treatment details. We will never disclose any information to your GP unless you ask us to do so and your details will never be passed to a third party. As well as being an ethical position for us it is also a legal requirement, and part of data protection law in the United Kingdom.

We promise you that we value your privacy as much as you do.

Should you decide, at any point after your consultation, that you wish to remove your details from our database then we will do that for you immediately, without any quibbles or questions.

When you are registered with us, something that takes literally a few minutes, you will be free to enter the site and to have a consultation regarding your condition with one of our highly experienced doctors.

Should you wish to talk to a doctor in a face to face environment then we are more than happy to arrange that for you with one of our doctors in Harley Street, London's world-renowned centre of medical excellence.

Any orders received before 4 pm on Monday to Friday will be dispatched on that same day for guaranteed next business day delivery.
